Core Extraction Set

Ten instruments selected through clinical practice, from elevation through flap reflection and socket cleanup to closure. Each is handcrafted from Proprietary SS Blend, hand-inspected, CE certified and autoclavable, and refined with practising dentists. They ship to your clinic with all duties paid.

Elevate and loosen

• ProX Straight Elevator: slides straight down the periodontal space to cut the ligament and loosen anterior teeth, and the proprietary ProX handle takes hand pressure or a mallet for centred force.
• ProX Spade Elevator: the broad spade tip spreads force across the root surface, so wider roots lift evenly instead of being levered by a narrow point.
• Offset Spade Elevator: the offset tip reaches posterior angulations that straight elevators can’t, and seats in the PDL space for controlled force in third molar and deep-socket work.
• 77R Elevator: the heat-treated tip cuts the ligament for controlled luxation and holds its edge under high torque without slipping or deforming.

Expose and protect

• Molt Periosteal 4/6mm: double-ended rounded tips lift gum and periosteum cleanly off bone, with the narrow end starting the reflection and the wider end continuing and retracting.
• Woodson Periosteal: the sharp angled end separates the periosteal layer, and the larger curved end lifts the flap to open access.

Clean the socket

• MicroSerrated Lucas Curette 2.5mm: the micro-serrated edge grips granulation tissue and infected material for a truly clean socket before grafting or implant placement.
• MicroSerrated Lucas Curette 1.8mm: the finer tip gives the same debridement in narrow, hard-to-reach sockets.

Trim and close

• Castroviejo Curved Scissor 11cm: fine curved tips trim tissue and cut sutures precisely, with 11cm length for close chairside control.
• Needle Holder TC 12cm: tungsten carbide-tipped jaws keep a secure, longer-lasting grip on the needle through repeated use.
