How long does delivery take?
15-18 business days for most destinations. You’ll receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.
Will I be charged customs duties?
No. All duties and taxes are paid by us. You won’t be charged anything extra on delivery.
What courier do you use?
DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Both fully trackable and secured.
Can I get an instrument repaired?
Yes. Send it back to us and we’ll repair it. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to India, the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and Mexico. For other destinations, email vcdentalcompany@gmail.com — we’ll arrange it.
