We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
