International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, fully tracked, with all duties and customs paid by us — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. For delivery estimates and FAQs by destination, see our International Shipping page.

For Domestic Buyers

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

Shipping Timeline

• Orders are dispatched from our workshop within 6-7 days of order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at checkout. This is processing time, before the order is handed to the courier — it does not include transit time.
• Transit time after dispatch depends on your destination and courier; see our International Shipping page for current estimates by country.

Liability

• Veecare is not liable for any delay caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
• We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-7 days from the date of order and payment (this is dispatch time, not transit time), or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Confirmation of delivery for our services will be sent to the email ID specified during registration.
